If you're looking for a job in Bahrain, here are some steps and resources to help you in your job search

Looking for a Job in the Private Sector

The Kingdom's National Employment Program was introduced in 2019 with the goal of enhancing citizens' competitiveness and fostering their talents while preserving the market's ability to draw in the skilled labor it needs. The program gives Bahrainis equal opportunities in line with labor market demands and assists in finding and training them for long-term employment. You can access the program's open positions through the eRecruitment Exhibition (only available in Arabic).

To apply for a job in the private sector, you must either register through the "Job Seekers Services" on the National Portal, bahrain.bh, or fill out an employment form from the Ministry of Labour, which is available at recruitment and training centers spread across the Kingdom's governorates.

Looking for a Job in the Public Sector

This includes all government agencies that provide full-time, part-time, or temporary employment, as well as employment under a contract with set terms, such as ministries, public institutions, authorities, and civil service organizations.

Apply online through the "Apply for Government Job" service if you want to work in the public sector. This service enables citizens to view open positions and apply to the government through the National Portal, bahrain.bh.

Bringing in Foreign Workers

The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Talent Portal, which links private sector employers with job seekers—both citizens and foreigners—allows expatriates living in the Kingdom of Bahrain to look for employment. International job seekers can apply for positions through newspapers, reputable international labor offices, or job postings on specialized platforms.
